This workshop will provide those responsible for maintaining your center’s emergency preparedness programs with a comprehensive focus on critical tasks.  Information will be presented on the necessity of “All Hazards Planning” and utilization of a trusted ermergency management model known as Nursing Home Incident Command System (NHICS). Comprehensive information and a facilitated exercise on how to conduct a tabletop exercise (TTX) at the center level will also be presented. Centers will be required to participate in at least one TTX on an annual basis.

CEUs:  4 continuing education credits for Adminstrators and Social Workers
