Building Bridges of Quality Care, Advancing the Maryland Model

This symposium will bring together select Maryland healthcare leaders from across delivery settings along with leaders in government. The day will identify specific opportunities to better integrate care in Maryland.

Maryland’s Total Cost of Care (TCOC) Model, is unique in the nation.  A contract between the State of Maryland and the federal government. The Maryland Model aims to continue the outstanding access to quality care enjoyed by Marylanders, improve healthcare outcomes and wellness, and meaningfully improve healthcare disparity, while reducing the total cost of care.  This Model, has the potential to align care delivery, payment, and consumer focus for a healthier Maryland.

A MUST attend event for C Suite leaders as well as regional directors, medical practitioners, administrators, and knowledge management IT leaders.

Continuing Education Credit:  6.0 for Administrators, Assisted Living Managers and Social Workers.  A Certificate of Attendance will be provided for those wishing to self-submit to their professional board for continuing education approval.
