This program will focus on the value of identifying, understanding, embracing and engaging the decision maker. Many families struggle with the decision of moving a loved one to an assisted living center or nursing facility.  The program will teach you, the industry professional, how to better communicate to allow families to confidently make decisions. The focus is on identifying the decision maker and influencers; understanding the decision maker’s psychology and thinking process; learning the difference between the rules of promotion and the laws of attraction; and learning to use empathy.
As an added benefit the program participant will learn the “Power of Third Party Review” in increasing search engine optimization and social media ranking.
